I’ve been meaning to make basil pesto for weeks, our large crop of basil was starting to go to seed. I started today at 11am and finished that jar of green delicious goodness at 8pm this evening, it was a day of fits and starts for me and for the pesto. It feels like a big accomplishment finishing the pesto. I wonder how long it will take me to turn our green tomatoes into relish…….
PS: I made that relish only two days later! pretty chuffed & if I do say so myself it’s de-lish
